Hose End Assemblies

We manufacture individual hose fittings and completed hose assemblies to customer drawings and specifications. Our machinery is specially equipped and tooled to produce hose fittings requiring strict tolerances.

We commonly work with 303, 304, 316 stainless steels; 17-4, 13-8, Stressproof, 4130, 4340, Inconel 625 and 718, Nitronic 50 and 60, Titanium, Aluminum, Super Duplex, Hastelloy, Bronze, Brass, Monel, 1018, 4140 and other exotic metals. Our network of material vendors usually stock locally so material is readily available.

We actively participate with customers in new product development: drawing reviews for cost, manufacturability, prototype programming and prototype production.

We can produce hose fittings that range in size from 1/8" OD (outside dimension) to 6".

We provide custom marking, heat treatment, annealing, bright annealing and sour gas annealing, plating, passivation, crimping and assembly.

Hose end fittings are routinely made for hydraulic, air line, high pressure, electrical, control line, thermoplastic, flexible, rigid, rubber, and wire reinforced hose as well as tubing and piping.

Many "machine shops" can cut parts, we know how to manufacture hose end fittings and assemblies. We provide hose fittings or a complete assembly in any material you need, to any specs. We can also manage your inventory, build ahead to your forecast and release parts to your needs. You get the financial benefit of holding less inventory and quantity buying.
